SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via UPS or Federal Express Ground at no charge to our customers located in the continental US for orders where the merchandise ordered is a total of $ 75.00 or more. (A $7.50 shipping and handling charge will be added to orders for less than $ 75.00.) Please allow 7-10 days for receipt of your order.

We offer 2nd  day air shipping with an additional cost. Please specify this when checking out in the "comments" or call us at-281-444-3691 and place your order over the phone.(It may take 1 to 2 days for some orders to ship. 2 day air will be delivered in 2 buiss. days after it is shipped.)

We also offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. There will be an additional shipping charge added to your order. We will promptly Email you with this charge. We will not charge your card until you approve this charge by return Email.

Our goal is to give you the best customer service as possible. On occasion, your order may contain an item that is currenty not available to ship. We will contact you immediately with the anticipated shipping date. All patterns we ship our 1st quality. We recommend that you schedule your wallcovering to be hung after you receive your complete order.

RETURN POLICY 

At Decorate the Home.com, we stand behind the products we sell. When you recieve your order, please inspect for correct pattern, color, and any shipping damage. Please contact us immediately with any concerns. We will promptly correct the problem or refund your purchase. If for some reason you need to return all or part of your order, please contact us by email. All returns must be made within 30 days from the time the product is delivered to you. Please include your order number and reason for return. Wallpaper and border must be in their original packaging. We will email you with a return auth.# that must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We do not accept returns on opened or partially used bolts of wallcovering or borders. Fabric, murals, commercial vinyl, and customized items are not returnable. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your puchase price and the balance will be credited to your charge card.
